As the Principal of Krim Architecture & Design, I offer a dual perspective that few firms can match. As a Registered Architect, I am passionate about design, spatial flow, and the technical details that make a building function. However, my tenure as a Director of Operations in the construction industry gave me a master class in the business of building. I understand the financial pressures my clients face, the importance of accurate permitting, and the complexities of coordinating with mechanical and structural engineers.

My portfolio is as diverse as my background. I have worked on everything from intricate ADA-compliant bathroom, stairs details and residential additions to urban streetscapes and large-scale manufacturing plants. Whether I am using advanced 3D modeling tools like Revit, SketchUp, V-ray and Civil 3D to visualize a façade, or navigating the red tape of local zoning boards for a change of occupancy, my focus remains the same: protecting my client's interests.

I founded Krim Architecture & Design to offer a service that is transparent, technically rigorous, and deeply personal. I am fluent in English, French, and Arabic, allowing me to connect with a wide range of clients and partners.
